Located at the iconic Big Pineapple, this absolutely massive course offers not just a day out, but an EPIC adventure. With 120+ challenges and 12 ziplines, you will feel invincible as you conquer obstacles ranging from easy to extreme high in the canopy.
Two Massive High Ropes Courses. Because our park is so large, we have split the experience into two distinct adventure zones to suit every age group:
TreeTop Challenge (Ages 8+): The main Adventure Park for adults and older children.
Juniors TreeTop Challenge (Ages 4 to 9): A dedicated high ropes course for younger adventurers.
Build Your Confidence. Both the Adult and Junior courses are designed with a progression system. You will start on the easier Green and Purple courses to build your skills and confidence before making your way up to the more advanced levels and heart-pumping thrills.
There’s something for everyone and all ages from 4+. Our challenges range from easy to extreme and we have so many ziplines that will make you feel invincible!!!
Important Tip for Parents (Ages 8-10)
Children aged 8 to 10 have a unique choice—they are eligible for either the Juniors Park or the Adults Adventure Park.
Our Recommendation: If everyone in your group is 8+ and meets the height requirements, we highly advise attempting the TreeTop Challenge Adults (ages 8+). It offers a much larger experience and allows the whole family to climb together.

The TreeTop Challenge located at the Big Pineapple on the Sunshine Coast is Australia's highest & most thrilling Adventure Park which includes 120 epic challenges and 12 huge flying foxes spread over 6 amazing courses that are suspended in stunning rainforest. Our courses start very easy and progressively get more and more adventurous giving you the chance to conquer your fears, have a whole lot of fun, take in stunning views and most of all experience the TreeTop Canopy like never before! TreeTop Challenge Juniors
Our Juniors TreeTop Challenge is Australia's largest high ropes and zipline attraction specifically for children aged 4 to 9. Watch your child build confidence and create lifelong memories as they conquer fears swinging through the trees. Parents can relax with a coffee and cheer them on from the ground. With over 70 games and 5 zip lines across 5 courses, it is an unforgettable adventure they will never want to leave.
Direction From the Gold Coast
Take M1 exit 57 and turn left onto Tamborine – Oxenford Rd and follow this road all the way up Tamborine Mountain. Turn right at the roundabout onto Gallery Walk and turn right at the next roundabout onto Eagle Heights Rd. Turn right at the next intersection onto Tamborine Mountain Rd and follow this down until you see Thunderbird Park on the right.
Direction From Brisbane
Travel south on the M1. Take exit 34 (Beenleigh) and head straight through the roundabout onto City Rd. Turn right onto Logan St and keep following it straight (it will turn into Boundary St). Go straight through the first roundabout and take the 3rd exit of the second roundabout onto Beaudesert ? Beenleigh Rd. Continue on this road for a while before turning left onto Tamborine Mountain Rd. Driving up the road this way, Thunderbird Park is located on your left hand side.

The TreeTop Challenge shares 9 acres of unspoilt rainforest with Thunderbird Park. It's the perfect location for a family day out, as well as for corporate and party events.
Thunderbird Park offers dig-it excavator park, thunder-egg fossicking, laser skirmishes and putt-putt golf, as well as a fully-licensed restaurant. Lunch, snacks and drinks are available.
Play and stay ... Thunderbird Park incorporates the award-winning Cedar Creek Lodges, and has a beautiful caravan and camping site with powered and unpowered sites on the banks of Cedar Creek.
Tamborine Mountain TreeTop Challenge is located inside Thunderbird Park which is at 639 Tamborine Mountain Rd, North Tamborine, 4272.
